Inspection scope and available information may vary by vehicle. Independent or professional pre-shipment inspection may be arranged depending on the vehicle and destination country requirements.
Professional inspection report
Before handover or export, we can provide a professional inspection report completed by trained vehicle inspectors. The report may record available vehicle information such as first registration, brand and full model, engine displacement, Japanese chassis / model code, mileage, condition grading, exterior damage, interior wear, factory features and visible defects identified during inspection.
Export documentation support
Export documentation and independent or professional inspection may be arranged depending on the vehicle and destination country requirements.
Third-party physical inspection on request
On request we can arrange an independent inspector to visit the vehicle at the yard or auction site before purchase.
Photo & video evidence
We can provide photos, walk-around video, engine cold-start video and a translated summary of available auction or vehicle records when applicable.
